Vespetti Italian Restaurant

Vespetti Italian Restaurant is situated right on the beachfront in the coastal village of Port Nolloth in the Richtersveld area. The restaurant overlooks the beach and harbour and is the first business you will see once you have reached the ocean. Vespetti Restaurant is a stone throw away from the local museum and diagonally opposite the local branch of First National Bank.

Vespetti Italian Restaurant is a Vespa/Italian themed, seaside eatery which serves delicious and fresh foods ranging from pizzas and pastas to seafood platters and game hot pots. 

"We always strive to use local produce and pride ourselves on our excellent service and quality. Our meals are all value for money and a visit to port Nolloth would be incomplete without a meal at Vespetti Restaurant."

The chef/owner, Chris, discovered the village of Port Nolloth a few years ago during his travels on a Vespa scooter. He was on a quest to visit the most Western, Northern, Eastern and Southern points of South Africa in an awareness campaign for the Red Cross Children’s Hospital.  Chris fell in love with the town and decided that he would move his family here as soon as possible. Since arriving in Port Nolloth, the Venter family have managed to combined some of their most favoured passions - Vespa Scooters, travelling, meeting interesting people and good food – the opening Vespetti Italian Restaurant has given them the an avenue to join all these loves and live the life that they desire.

Where in the world can you sit and eat a delicious meal while staring out over the Atlantic and spotting seals, dolphins and whales? Yes – we have even seen all three at once here…
