Klipfontein Tourism Forum

The Klipfontein Tourism Forum was founded to support the local businesses and to plan for future developments in tourism.  Walking trails, 4x4 trails and donkey cart trail are already on offer, and plans are underway to erect Matjieshutte for overnight accommodation.  Various handcrafts are also on sale through the forum.

For those visitors wishing for a little refreshment when visiting Klipfontein, snacks or traditional meals can be arranged.  Try some local delicacies such as bredies, potbrood, curry and afval (tripe), or simply have a good old-fashioned braai (barbecue) with sausage.  Perhaps during the meal, visitors can listen to some old stories about the region from the village elders.
