Glencoe

Glencoe is a self-catering, fully equipped, eight bedded chalet that is situated in the Groot Rivier Poort at the southern entrance to the Baviaanskloof – 1½ hours drive from Port Elizabeth; 35km north-west from Patensie; 8.5km from Komdomo.

The following activities can be enjoyed on the farm of approximately 1000ha: fishing, swimming, hiking, cycling and bird-watching.  A variety of game can be seen in the area – visitors should look out for a pair of fish eagle breeding in the area.  A moderate hike of two hours up the mountain will be rewarded with a magnificent view of the Paul Sauer dam and Hanekam mountain peak.
