Clivia Hill Guest Cottages

Clivia Hill Guest Cottages offer self-catering or bed and breakfast accommodation on the shores of the Bell Park Dam in the Central Drakensberg.

The thatched guest cottages have a spectacular view over the dam. They consist of a living area with open-plan kitchen and three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom or shower adjacent, or en suite. All furniture in the cottages is available for purchase (made to order).

The living area has DStv and a log fireplace and all the rooms are equipped with wall heaters for cold winter nights and ceiling fans for hot summer days.

The living area opens onto a private shaded veranda with a built-in braai (barbeque). Stone steps lead down through an indigenous rockery into the garden, where a gate gives access to the dam.

Activities include fishing, boating, river-rafting, mountain walking, climbing and horse-riding.

The Bell Park Dam is famous for fishing, sailing, motor boating, water-skiing and bird-watching.
