Traditional Mat Makers

Loveness and Godfrey live in Ilwendo Village, located on the Senanga road, close to Mutemwa Lodge. Loveness makes traditional reed mats and brooms that can be bought directly from the village.

Godfrey, who is also the local area councillor, will tell visitors about the history and culture of the area.
