The Lancaster

The Lancaster opened its doors in December 2006. It is a luxury small guesthouse, situated about ten minutes outside of Jeffreys Bay, in Paradise Beach. It offers three luxury suites, all en-suite, with views of the sea and the mountains. Breakfast is a lavish affair with an array of hot and cold dishes on offer – champagne is a standard feature and small complimentary bottles vie for a spot amongst the fruit juices on offer.

The Lancaster’s owner and manager Estelle Clegg also owns Tarts and Roses, a catering company offering everything from wedding catering to birthdays and other functions – the Lancaster is therefore a fusion of the two.

The downstairs dining area is a perfect venue for small intimate dinners under softly dimmed chandeliers or a small function for up to fourty people. The Lancaster offers excellent service and a perfect getaway, where visitors can expect every whim to be catered for – with a pristine beach only five minutes away.

The Lancaster is also situated near an airfield – also ideal fly-away weekend.
