The Blanket Shop

The Blanket Shop is famous for its traditional Basotho blankets – and has supplied blankets to the Basotho people for over fifty years. A great deal of African tradition can be experienced at this quaint shop, which is still designed as the original ‘trading store’ where all sorts of odds and ends can be found. Here visitors can experience the history and art of weaving blankets.
