Sylvia se Kombuis
Sylvia learnt how to cook from her parents - the recipes have been passed down from generation to generation. Fresh veggies are used as well as fresh fish (when available). Breakfast could include an omelette, bacon, fresh tomato and moer koffie.
Lunch could be a variety of steak, pap, salad, roosterbrood, curried beans, beetroot salad and homemade jams.
