Rapids View Community Campsite

The Rapids View Community Campsite is situated on the same premises as the Lusu Mission and is operated by the mission. There are approximately ten campsites with neat ablutions with hot and cold water. The campsite is located on the riverbank where the rapids can clearly be heard.

Activities on offer include visiting islands by makoro or boat and fishing. The campsite also has a vegetable garden where fresh vegetables can be bought, depending on availability.
All the proceeds from the campsite go to home-based care for the local community.
