Ngamntwini Organic Plot

This organic plot was initiated in 1978 as part of a smallholder scheme to enhance food security in the Pikoli village. Despite the scheme’s collapse, Mr. Ngamntwini persevered individually and continues to grow vegetables and fruits using basic principles of soil conservation and compost supplements from his livestock.
