Makkie Fullard Catering

Makkie lives on Anysberg Nature Reserve and runs her own catering business for the reserve staff and guests. Her specialities are local plaasbrood (farm bread) and roosterkoek (bread made over an open fire).

Makkie also caters for functions, conferences and meetings at the reserve. She can also arrange for delivery of local produce such as dried fruit, cheese, wines, jams and ports from towns in the proximity of the reserve.
