The farm Blinkwater borders the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Twee Rivieren Park, situated 11km towards the West of the Park’s main gate on the gravel road to Pulai.
Blinkwater Desert Place Manor is a place to experience a unique desert environment, providing self-catering, total solitaire accommodation in the semi desert for eco-tourists and visitors to the Kalahari which can sleep up to eight persons comfortably.
The unique living space highlights a single thatched roof log-home which includes a lounge with a large observation deck perfect for stargazing and bird-watching, and a heartwarming fire in the boma below the deck, perfect for enjoying the beauty of the silence of the night while keeping warm.
The log home consists of the following:
Two bedrooms on the lower floor area, one with en-suite bathroom with double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds and bathroom situated at the door of the bedroom.
The loft area upstairs offers two double beds, lounge seating for two with a high magnificent view to the south and north.
Lounge with comfortable seating for four with DSTV and bar/breakfast counter, kitchen equipped with gas stove, combo electric fridge/deep freezer.
The boma below is an enclosed wind protected braai (barbeque) area in the red sand with paving below deck.
